# Data Subject Request (KVKK)

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Learn whether your personal data is processed,

- Request information if it has been processed,

- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,

- Request correction of incomplete/incorrect data,

- Request **erasure/destruction** where conditions are met,

- Request notification of these actions to third parties,

- Request your data in a portable format.

## How to apply

Send your request via our [contact form](/en/iletisim?konu=kvkk-basvuru) or the channels listed in our [Privacy Notice](/en/sayfa/kvkk). After verifying your identity, we conclude your request within **30 days** at the latest.
