End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Parties and Scope

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the use of digital products and software purchased through XtroEngine. By purchasing or using the product you accept these terms.

2. Grant of License

According to the purchased license tier (personal/commercial, single/multi-seat) you are granted the right to use the product within the stated limits. The license is non-transferable and may not be resold unless explicitly stated.

3. Restrictions

Unauthorized distribution of source code, reverse engineering (except where permitted by law), or sharing of license keys is prohibited.

4. Updates and Support

Your license includes updates and technical support for the period stated on the product page.

5. Limitation of Liability

The product is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages.

6. Termination

Your license may be terminated and digital access revoked upon breach of this agreement.
