Data Subject Request (KVKK)

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Request correction of incomplete/incorrect data,
• Request erasure/destruction where conditions are met,
• Request notification of these actions to third parties,
• Request your data in a portable format.

Send your request via our contact form or the channels listed in our Privacy Notice. After verifying your identity, we conclude your request within 30 days at the latest.
