Step-by-step refund process

  1. Create a request. Use the “Cancel / refund request” link next to the relevant order on your Orders page, or contact us via the form.
  2. We review it. Our team evaluates your request within 2 business days and notifies you of the status.
  3. Approval and refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days (usually sooner).
  4. Digital access. For approved digital-product refunds, license/download access is revoked.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. For digital content/software, if performance has begun with your consent, the right of withdrawal is subject to a statutory exception; this is stated clearly in the pre-sale information form.

Refund time and method

The refund is returned to the card/method you paid with. Depending on your bank it may take a few business days to appear. In case of partial performance, only the unfulfilled portion is refunded.
